About The Position

Our client is seeking a blended Business Analyst & Technical Analyst to join their user experience team. Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical projects, including data mapping, stakeholder management, and application development.
• Demonstrated curiosity, presence, confidence, and persistence:
• Presence: Significant time spent performing this type of role.
• Curiosity: Interest in exploring new technologies such as AI.
• Confidence: Ability to lead joint application development sessions independently.
• Persistence: Ability to hold stakeholders and teams accountable to deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support the user experience group on major organizational initiatives, ensuring project timelines and expectations are achieved.
• Provide detailed analysis and data mapping using XML and JSON, translating UI functionality to backend processes.
• Work independently to manage tasks and deliverables, with minimal supervision.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to facilitate joint application development meetings and ensure accountability across teams.
