About The Position

As a global leader in infrared sauna therapy, we are rapidly expanding and seeing a strategic Technical Business Analyst to support our enterprise systems, digital platforms, and AI initiatives. This role acts at the intersection of business operations and technology to ensure system improvements and automation efforts work to solve real business problems and deliver measurable results. As our Technical Business Analyst, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and other key stakeholders to understand how work is performed today, document workflows, define clear business requirements, and ensure delivered solutions meet those requirements. Development and AI teams will design and build solutions. This role is accountable for ensuring business needs are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and validated before and after delivery. Requirements

  • 5+ years enterprise experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Operations Improvement.
  • Experience working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, ecommerce, contact center, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience supporting automation or AI-enabled initiatives.
  • Experience building business cases and tracking measurable outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in process improvement or continuous improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Document current and future-state workflows across operational and customer-facing systems.
  • Create process maps and supporting documentation (e.g., SOPs) using tools such as Miro.
  • Define clear business and functional requirements for complex technical projects, system enhancements, and AI initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and clarify business needs.
  • Translate business needs into structured requirements that guide IT and development teams.
  • Work with Finance and IT leadership to define success metrics and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and process inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Analytics & Technology teams to improve system configurations and utilization (e.g., ERP, CRM, others and automation tools).
  • Support prioritization of initiatives based on impact, effort, and business value.
  • Participate in solution reviews and user acceptance testing to ensure delivered functionality meets documented requirements.
  • Communicate process changes and provide support to drive adoption.
  • Monitor post-implementation outcomes to confirm expected results are achieved.
  • Other duties as discussed and assigned.
