We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in database administration, cloud-based data operations, and strategic planning to support the Alpha Platform's evolving data infrastructure. This is a hands-on, business-to-technology role that will be instrumental in shaping and executing our database strategy roadmap, ensuring operational excellence, and driving innovation in Azure-based data services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of modern database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, distributed systems), and experience managing cross-functional initiatives that span data architecture, performance tuning, security, and compliance. This role will work closely with DBAs, Cloud Platform Engineers, Technical Product Managers, and Platform Architects to ensure our data infrastructure is scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. The BA will assist PMs in managing their product backlogs, ensuring engineering teams are taking full advantage of their allotted capacity. The BA will also provide guidance and mentorship to other BAs within the Platform department on career development, performance, engagement, and professional development.
