About The Position

The Technical Business Analyst role focuses on bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven solutions meet business needs. The position requires a strong data background, particularly in ERD/Data Modeling, and involves managing backlogs and utilizing SQL skills to support product development. The role is primarily on-site at the NJ GAF office for three days a week, with remote work options available for the remaining days.

Requirements

• Strong background in data analysis and modeling, specifically ERD/Data Model.
• Intermediate SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience in backlog management and agile methodologies.
• Product-based experience in a relevant industry, preferably finance or airline.
• Excellent articulation and presentation skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the finance or airline industry.
• Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing job descriptions and project management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Create and maintain data models and ERDs to support project needs.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data for reporting and decision-making.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and articulate manner.
