About The Position
The position involves working with a team of analysts and off-shore developers to build custom programs for ETL. The role requires documenting existing processes, data elements, data flows, and business rules around event changes. The individual will establish end-to-end mapping of business processes and functional flows, and create or assist in writing user documentation, instructions, and procedures. Strong knowledge and experience with T-SQL and PowerShell scripting is essential. The individual will be the primary point of contact between IT and Business for responsible business functions, supporting business requirement activities by providing end-to-end system data analysis concerning functional requirements, data validation, and data feeds. The role also involves reporting on common sources of technical issues or questions and making recommendations to the developer team, while constantly looking for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer. Additional duties may be assigned as required.
