About The Position

The Technical Business Analyst - Supply Chain role is focused on reviewing and improving business processes within a manufacturing environment. The primary responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data to support business cases, redesigning processes, and ensuring alignment with business users to leverage technology effectively. This position requires strong communication and analytical skills to maximize IT system investments and generate insightful reports based on findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Process Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with business analysis techniques including modeling business processes and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple projects.
• Direct experience working on projects for middle market and enterprise size companies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Supply Chain and Order Management Systems.
• Experience with EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML.
• Integrating CRM, ERP, and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business partners to determine business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and advise on alternatives.
• Implement customer-focused solutions and develop features for production applications.
• Leverage data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, Crystal Reports, Power BI, and SSRS.
• Plan phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for various projects.
• Perform administrative functions such as user creation and security management.
• Identify business trends utilizing real data and compile analysis reports.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design and support.
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting.
