We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Azure DevOps team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and business operations, leveraging Azure DevOps to improve processes and drive efficiency. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our software development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations, to analyze business requirements and develop solutions that balance customer requirements with organizational policies and standards. This is a technology SME position that requires hands-on process development and implementation within a fast-moving, agile group that interacts with and supports research and development activities in the enterprise. The unifying characteristics of the position are a well-grounded, hands-on understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle including best practices around Software Quality Assurance, an understanding of systems integration and automation, an eagerness to learn quickly, develop robust support models in an agile/flexible manner, and apply new technologies and services. A deep motivation to work with and enable cutting-edge on-prem and cloud-based projects, ability to work independently to meet deadlines, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to help teams and projects successfully accomplish their objectives is a must.
