Technical Baseline Manager The Opportunity: Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your te chn ical skills with big-picture thi nk ing to make an impact in the DoD? Your ability to translate real-world needs into te chn ical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution. As a Te chn ical Baseline Manager on our team, you'll work with Booz Allen colleagues and DoD clients to analyze, architect, engineer, integrate, test, and deploy the next generation of resilient Environmental Monitoring ( EM ) and Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance ( TISR ) systems. You'll develop, integrate, and manage Te chn ical Requirements Documents ( TRDs ) , Interface Control Documents ( ICDs ) , and Models-Based Systems Engineering ( MBSE ) products. You'll provide te chn ical advice to senior program managers and executives on space system and segment design and test issues to inform major program decisions. You'll perform systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews, te chn ical evaluations, and requirements verification. You'll analyze problems, develop te chn ical reports, make recommendations, and work with government and corporate stakeholders to implement recommended solutions. Join us. The world can’t wait.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working on large-scale space systems engineering, integration, and development programs
  • 2+ years of experience with performing and leading a team in the development and management of te chnical specifications, ICDs, concepts of operations ( CONOPS ) , architectural designs, and integration and test plans
  • Experience with leading requirements and interface management efforts for a major program
  • Experience with coordinating and presenting te chnical changes across large stakeholder groups through review boards, including configuration control or engineering review
  • Experience with using Micro sof t Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with performing systems engineering, integration, and testing on space-based remote sensing systems, including SBIRS, Next Gen OPIR, FORGE, WSF-M, or EWS
  • Experience with using MBSE approaches to manage system definitions and te chnical baselines
  • Experience with creating and managing Jira tickets and Confluence pages
  • Experience with SysML, Enterprise Architect, CAMEO, or DOORS NextGen
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
  • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification
