About The Position

You will be responsible for thoroughly analyzing client business requirements and configuring our systems to align seamlessly with these needs. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of enhancing financial services experiences through innovative technology and profound expertise.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with core banking systems, particularly FIS systems such as Profile and the Modern Banking Platform (MBP).
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) or BaaS (Banking as a Service).
• 7+ years of experience in SQL and data analysis, including querying databases and generating reports.
• 6+ years of proficiency in creating business process models and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.

Nice To Haves

• 7+ years of financial products understanding, specifically in loans, deposits, payments, and treasury.
• 6+ years of experience in API integration within a banking environment.
• 6+ years of awareness of banking regulations such as AML, KYC, and Basel III, and their impact on system requirements.
• 6+ years of familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into system configuration specifications.
• Configure our core banking systems to meet client specifications.
• Query databases and perform data analysis to ensure accurate, actionable reports.
• Create detailed business process models, including flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation.
• Facilitate and oversee API integrations within a banking environment.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track and manage project progress.
