⦠Will assist in the day-to-day activities of a customer development laboratory servicing Industrial Liquid customers. ⦠Duties will range from paint and sample preparation, lab re-stock and housekeeping duties to panel preparation and paint spraying. Level I: ⦠0-3 years. ⦠Provides support for technical issues. ⦠Identifies, researches and resolves routine technical problems of low complexity. ⦠Responds to telephone, email and on line requests for technical support. ⦠Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools. ⦠May coordinate with other teams or departments to resolve user problems. ⦠May perform password re-sets for users.
