Technical Assistant - Field Payments

Position Summary: This position is responsible for printing and mailing manual checks. This position is full-time (40 hrs/week) on-site position Pay $17/hr Our office is located at 2900 Golf Road, Rolling Meadows IL The hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 6pm. No weekends. Benefits start on Day One.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one year office work experience.
- Working knowledge of current business software such as Word and Excel.
- High attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to field offices.
- Responsible for printing and mailing manual checks.
- Other duties include, but are not limited to, filing, mail processing, document scanning, letter and other document preparation.
