About The Position

Be a part of our Art Team as an experienced Technical Artist! Our studio makes original video titles for electronic gaming machines that utilize all aspects of digital art and animation creation. This is a collaborative team that works in a wide variety of themes and visual styles to assist in creating content, including graphic design layouts, logos, animations, typography, concepting, 2D/3D art and animation, and character development. This position is to be filled in either Reno or Las Vegas Nevada.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, Animation, or a related field—or an epic combination of education and experience.
2-5 years of Technical Artist experience, with a portfolio that screams versatility and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Unity and real-time content pipelines
Technical coding experience: Ability to create tools using C# for artists using Unity.
Shader and rendering fundamentals
VFX fundamentals and authoring
Animator controllers and Unity Timeline usage
Pipeline and tooling awareness
Proficiency with Photoshop
General knowledge of DCCs (e.g., Maya, Blender, Spine, Binks)
