We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect with over 5 years of technical experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and experience in implementing CMDB and cloud Discovery. You will be responsible for leading all ServiceNow projects, including POCs and pilots, specifically for a large banking customer. Your role will involve designing and architecting new implementations, enhancements, and backlog work, while also coaching and guiding developers, administrators, and ATF testers. You will work closely with the customer’s platform team to develop a ServiceNow roadmap and evangelize ServiceNow across various departments within the customer organization outside of IT Infrastructure. The position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.
