About The Position

Intapp seeks a Technical Architect focused on ensuring services delivery is architected to deliver maximum efficiency and value. The Technical Architect will have three primary functions: best practices development, collaboration with the Intapp Product team, and advise/support on strategic/complex services projects. The Technical Architect will spearhead technical issue resolution as a senior advisor representing services delivery to our Support, Sales, Product Management, Services and Engineering organizations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, with extensive experience with implementing enterprise software architecture and technologies
• Technical Architecture experience designing and implementing complex enterprise applications in B2B domains
• Extensive experience working with Cloud and Enterprise Middleware technologies, architectures, programming systems, and models, ideally in a product company building large Enterprise software suites and solutions
• Experience implementing complex On-Premise & Cloud enterprise systems
• 5+ years of experience in Professional or Financial Services preferred
• 2+ years of experience of hands-on implementation of data integrations using BOOMI
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages, development and architectural frameworks, and project management skills
• Extensive work experience with cloud platforms, REST & other APIs, design patterns, messaging, service security, availability, reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability models
• Experience architecting multi-tenant complex cloud distributed systems at a global scale using the latest cloud technologies
• Ability to be strategic, articulating a vision and a long-term strategic solution while being able to define practical steps to deliver on the vision
• Ability to understand, synthesize, and translate between complex business problems and technical concepts
• Solution-oriented; passion for creative problem solving, comfortable tackling new and undefined problem spaces
• Ability to develop process flow-based data and software architectures - designing process and data flows that are aligned with customer processes and information systems
• Proficient building customer-facing architecture presentations, diagrams, and white-papers
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Responsibilities

• Develop best practices and knowledge sharing for implementing products to drive consistency and quality
• Collaborate with Services delivery teams across business units to develop implementation plans for services that span multiple product segments
• Create templates and technical improvements for common configurations in both the product applications and the Intapp Integration Services (IIS)
• Lead the development of fixed scope packages that the Services delivery teams can implement quickly with little configuration work necessary
• Advise and consult on strategic or complex services projects; this may include performing some technical implementation work
• Help drive the adoption and the implementation of leading technologies to enable the rapid growth and development of the Intapp Platform for our clients
• Engage with technical and business stakeholders to understand business needs, articulate the architectural vision, and guide Product and Engineering teams in defining solutions for clients
• Holistically understand the customer's current IT landscape and goals and work with Product Management and Engineering to translate them into prioritized requirements and roadmap
• Help design innovative solutions that maximize the use of Intapp and third-party product capabilities to meet customer objectives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competition and external factors that may influence Intapp's competitive position
• Stay abreast of latest technological developments and trends; use this knowledge to drive the Intapp innovation story during customer engagements
• Work with marketing on white papers and industry events to evangelize Intapp to potential and existing customers
