This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing IT systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and alignment with organizational goals. The Technical Architect works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions across the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of modern IT systems, best practices, and relevant legislation
  • Proficiency in programming languages, web technologies, scripting tools, and protocols
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project lifecycle principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to remain effective under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills; tactful and diplomatic approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 1–5 years of relevant experience in technical development or architecture

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and efficient IT solutions
  • Translate business requirements into technical system designs, integrating hardware, software, and network components
  • Recommend technologies and products aligned with the organization’s technical infrastructure
  • Lead analysis efforts through information gathering and system evaluation
  • Design, document, develop, test, and debug applications within a team environment
  • Support business optimization projects, including system enhancements and upgrades
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, and quality standards are met
  • Communicate technical plans clearly to designers, developers, and stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates, raise issues, and share key information in meetings and stand-ups
  • Contribute to organizational goals by completing assigned technical initiatives
