Technical Architect Salesforce

About the position

The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for leading the design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet the technical and functional requirements of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration, and best practices, as well as the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers. The architect will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leads technical requirements gathering or design workshops to derive the envisioned solution along with detailed architecture design and technical specifications.
• Provides Salesforce architecture design expertise in integrating the Salesforce solution to client's ecosystems.
• Develops creative solutions that solve our client's business and technical problems.
• Leads and facilitates project delivery to define business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Provides design solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and various integrations, introducing new technologies when necessary.
• Develops end-to-end Salesforce solutions including custom platform development (APEX, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce) and external data integration (middleware tools, Salesforce APIs), Advanced Customization.
• Automates business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Flows, Assignment Rules, and email Alerts.
• Optimizes performance with experience in Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning LWC, Apex.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience in design and development.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
