About The Position

The Technical Applications Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining highly engaging and educational training content for all technical applications. This role involves managing a comprehensive course catalogue for all new and existing employees and participating in the training and organizational change management of system upgrades and new system implementations. The trainer will work closely with business areas and other department trainers to ensure that training needs are being met while also evaluating their effectiveness post-implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in training, training needs analysis, and/or organizational development.
  • Degrees must be granted by an accredited institution or recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare or hospital training.
  • Experience in electronic health record training.
  • Experience with software such as Articulate, Canva, or other computer-based training software.

Responsibilities
