Position Summary The Technical Applications Director will lead and manage the company's core business applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across systems. This role requires a strong technical background combined with leadership experience to drive efficiency and support business growth.

Requirements

• ERP systems (NetSuite preferred; Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics acceptable).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and data analytics tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong understanding of system integration and business process optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• 5–7+ years of technical experience in ERP and business applications.
• Proven leadership experience with direct reports.
• Industry Background: Manufacturing and consumer products (B2B and B2C).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage ERP system (NetSuite), e-commerce platforms, and Salesforce for business analytics.
• Ensure integration and data flow between systems to support operations, finance, sales, and marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and system performance.
• Provide strategic guidance on technology decisions and application enhancements.
• Lead and mentor two direct reports: Senior Systems Integration Specialist Senior Data Analytics Specialist
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; provide on-call support as needed.
