We are looking for a highly experienced Tech Lead, with a focus on Node.js to lead a team of senior and mid-level software engineers. You should have a focus on best practices, software quality, and reliability to lead a high performing team to deliver software that’s essential for cold chain warehouse operations. As a key technical leader, you will drive the design of microservices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge applications. This role requires deep expertise in Node.js, system architecture, cloud platforms, and high-performance applications. Tech Leads should also have a passion for soft skills. Communication, clarity, motivation, and setting expectations will be used daily and are equally important as hard technical skills. Teams are given authority and autonomy in how to operate day-to-day within guidelines. You will work closely with the scrum master and product owner to collect feedback from the team and make decisions, so your team performs at their highest level.
