We're seeking a Technical Animator to join an innovative team working on advanced technology. This role combines industrial design expertise with technical animation capabilities to create and validate next-generation hardware solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience
  • Experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related work
  • Experience in management of engineering design projects

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Engineering (any domain) or foreign equivalent, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of concepts like system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
  • Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems and high-speed manufacturing
  • Experience with design-in-safety
  • Experience with process design based on Lean Principles

Responsibilities

  • Lead product design efforts from concept to execution, creating both physical and virtual prototypes
  • MoCap data cleanup and processing including skeleton retargeting and FBX export pipelines
  • VR Performance Optimization and real-time skeleton validation
  • Design and animate complex mechanical systems with accurate physics and real-world constraints
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineers, researchers, and product managers
  • Create interactive simulations to test and validate design concepts before physical production
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in a fast-paced environment
  • Guide teams through user-centered design processes
  • Present technical solutions to stakeholders through visual demonstrations
