The Technical Analyst role is responsible for providing comprehensive support in reporting, tracking and coordination across team initiatives and partnerships. This role requires a strong attention to detail and is highly analytical. The Technical Analyst role is collaborative in nature, managing relationships with various business partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.

  • Develop and maintain detailed and accurate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Analyze data and generate insights that highlight trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across all reporting platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.
  • Monitor initiatives progress and track key milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain detailed records of timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, and provide recommendations for mitigating actions.
  • Ensure all activities are documented and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Regularly update status and provide reports to management and team members.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of mechanisms, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure alignment between objectives and organizational goals.
  • Support team members with any technical issues and provide troubleshooting as needed.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Experience reporting, creating dashboards, and setting up executive communication for emerging technology and optimization projects.
