Provide expertise on current and future foreign capabilities in the air / air-defense domains. Experience with analysis and identification of trends in various data sources. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to adapt to a dynamic work environment responsive to world events. 10+ years of experience working within the U.S. Intelligence, Military, or defense industry. Experience with ELINT collection and analysis at the operational or technical level. An understanding of radars, radar design philosophy, and applications, and use in air space monitoring and weapon control. Experience with analysis tools such as IMOM, ESAMS, EADSIM, SUPPRESSOR, AFSIM, FalconView, GALE, MIST, THRESHER, BVI, or equivalents. Experience in programming with a dedicated language or within a larger tool. Knowledge of aircraft, air operations, and air defense systems. Exceptional analytic tradecraft, professional writing, proofreading, briefing, and public speaking skills. Demonstrated ability to learn new skills/tools, and a willingness to expand areas of knowledge as required. Bachelor's degree is desired or equivalent life experience. Top Secret/SCI clearance with a current Full-Scope Polygraph is required to start. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
