About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and supporting computer operations by controlling production applications, monitoring system resources and response times, and providing first-line support for operational issues. This role involves maintaining production orders, reconciling inventories, managing material movements, and utilizing technical data to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support computer operations by controlling production applications and monitoring system performance.
• Provide first-line support for operational problems and troubleshoot production issues with minimal supervision.
• Understand production procedures and material flow, addressing related issues proactively.
• Maintain production orders and perform inventory reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage transactions related to material movements and uphold inventory accuracy standards.
• Utilize technical knowledge and data to support operational and decision-making functions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, communicate clearly, and assist in training activities.
• Review change records and associated implementations for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards and policies.
• Participate in forecasting and management of specific computer functions and data as required.
• Work required hours and shifts to meet operational needs.
