It empowers creators with economic autonomy, creative ownership, and a direct connection to their most engaged audiences. We're looking for a scrappy technical talent to join our Market Intelligence team. You'll build the internal OS powering apps that help Substack understand our market position and execute on our go-to-market motion. This is a unique hybrid “full stack product builder” role, at the intersection of data, web development, marketing, and growth. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate ambiguous business needs into production-ready software, often inventing solutions that go beyond what anyone knew to ask for.
