Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in information management or other healthcare-related field or comparable experience in healthcare related or system implementation field.
• Three years experience in an information technology field or healthcare organization.
• Knowledge on healthcare billing, claims and payment processes.
• Exceptional computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and support Epic Resolute Claims and Resolute Professional Billing applications.
• Build and maintain all claims integration and payment systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain claims and remittance workflows.
• Provides on-call services as required.
