The Center for Development and Disability (CDD), established in 1990, is New Mexico's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service. These centers, authorized by the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act, build the capacities of states and communities to respond to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The CDD is seeking a highly motivated professional with excellent organizational, communication and technical skills to join the Technology Services Division to oversee and ensure efficient operation of the CDD virtual meeting and clinic program and to increase capacity for collaborative technologies including, webinar applications, video conferencing solutions, classroom and conference technologies to support distance education, on-site courses, clinical services, consultation, and training. The successful candidate will: Research, test, implement and maintain collaborative technologies, ensuring compatibility with cross-university client software and hardware systems, to increase the capacity of CDD to communicate with their local, state, national and international partners and to provide support for the disability community across the state of New Mexico.
