MSI is seeking an Employee Owner- Technical Alignment Manager for our Plymouth location. Please note we are moving our offices to Roseville, MN. This client facing role will learn, document, and present proposals and alignment reviews towards aligning our client's technology usage and general best practices standards. Our Managed Technical Services team excels in the world of technology to support our client's focus on expansion and growth within their industry. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • 2+ years prior experience in IT administration and/or technical support experience, or equivalent.
  • Clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
  • Proven knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software applications in a Microsoft Environment.
  • Proven exceptional customer services experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Computer-related industry certifications in technologies such as Microsoft Windows, Azure, Fortinet, networking, storage, and security.
  • Experience in training, mentoring and development of internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and promote Technology Alignment objectives, as well as the roles and functions of internal delivery teams.
  • Perform Standards and Alignment Reviews to maintain and improve clients' infrastructure.
  • Develop, update, and maintain accurate technical information and environments.
  • Maintain, update, and phase out assigned Clients Standards templates.
  • Identify technical risk and coordinate with internal delivery teams appropriately.
  • Maintain and organize project files.
  • Adhere to best practices and provide recommendations to the vCIO.
  • Promote, set expectations and educate on how to engage our world class services.
  • Oversee assigned projects in terms of resourcing, quality, and output to maximize ROI.
  • Develop both Business and Technical partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain relevant knowledge of hardware, and software trends.
  • Participate and promote Quality Assurance (QA) objectives, processes, and procedures.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
