About The Position

Position: J9 Directorate Action Group (DAG) Support Lead Location: Columbia, MD Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Required Experience Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree) Minimum 8 years supporting large organizations or complex programs Minimum 3 years of personnel management and experience partnering with senior leaders What You'll Do Provide expertise in service strategy, policy coordination, and operational planning Review and analyze documents, prepare comments, and coordinate decision memoranda and legislative inputs Oversee internal task management systems (WMS, ETMS2, JIRA) across the directorate Draft and coordinate point papers for J9 leadership Brief Directorate leaders weekly on priorities and task status Prepare leadership for upcoming engagements and ensure deliverables are completed Support development of cyber-related concepts of operation and doctrine Serve as liaison to Division leadership to improve business processes and develop SOPs Lead and participate in cross-functional teams and collaboration efforts Compile staffing requirements and coordinate hiring actions Support PMO data calls, monthly reporting, and forecasting activities Preferred Experience Master's degree in a technical or business discipline Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint (including permissions management) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience working closely with senior leadership in collaborative environments

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree)
