The Technical Adoption Manager for Application Networking & Security will be responsible for consulting closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction and return on investment of VMware solutions. This role involves engaging with various resources across VMware, including sales, product management, education, R&D, and support, to expand the adoption of VMware solutions within accounts. The position requires establishing long-term relationships with clients, providing project leadership, and maintaining a current knowledge of VMware’s load balancing and security solutions. The TAM will also report key account metrics and insights to internal teams and contribute to program development activities.
