KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security. This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization and serve as a key liaison between the executive, the directorates Offices and Groups, and the User Engagement Teams.
  • Understand stakeholders' enduring intelligence and operational needs while developing and delivering integrated NRO solutions.
  • Solve stakeholder problems, keep security in tradecraft, deliver tailored access and content, and confirm that stakeholders understand and utilize the full potential of IC capabilities.
  • Deploy innovative quick reaction solutions and keep IC leadership informed of all significant issues affecting stakeholder needs.
  • Proactively identify enterprise-wide technical and functional problems, process challenges, and opportunities, and propose solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, computer science, engineering or business field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience serving as CPM or SETA team lead, or equivalent role.
  • Cross Domain IC Mission Experience (e.g., SIGINT, GEOINT).
  • 8 years recent (within the last 15 years) IC and/or COCOM experience.
  • Experience managing cost, schedule and performance of a contract delivering Engineering or Analysis Services.
  • Graduate degree in a technical, computer science, engineering or business field.
  • Certified Program Manager (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Program Management Certification).
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in a military, intelligence community or space operations environment.
  • Experience with federal acquisition, requirements development, research & development, and lifecycle management processes.
