  • Must have a sound knowledge base of IC Overhead Systems multi-INT capabilities.
  • Integrate other source content and coordinate to obtain multi-INT support.
  • Understand stakeholders' enduring intelligence and operational needs while developing and delivering integrated IC solutions.
  • Solve stakeholder problems, keep security in tradecraft, and deliver tailored access and content.
  • Confirm that stakeholders understand and utilize the full potential of IC capabilities.
  • Deploy innovative quick reaction solutions.
  • Work across the enterprise to keep IC leadership informed of significant issues affecting stakeholder needs.
  • Proactively identify enterprise-wide technical and functional problems, process challenges, and opportunities.
  • Propose solutions to guide the Government to a more efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math.
  • 10 years experience facilitating Government customer relationships across multiple agencies.
  • 8 years recent IC and/or COCOM experience managing cost, schedule and performance of a contract delivering Engineering or Analysis Services.
  • TS/SCI with poly required.
  • Graduate degree in a technical, computer science, engineering or math field.
  • Certified Program Manager (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Program Management Certification, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Certification).
  • 10 years of relevant experience.
  • 8 years of recent experience with IC SIGINT systems.
