Compass Group is selectively recruiting for a Technical Accounting Internship opportunity within Compass’ corporate offices.

Requirements

  • Rising Junior or above majoring in Accounting
  • Ability to work independently and possess strong problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel a must

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monthly accounting close process, which includes accounting entries and reconciliations for acquisitions related accounts
  • Assist in purchase accounting for acquired and divested entities
  • Collect, document and track prepared by client (PBC) records for the annual IFRS audit
  • Research accounting standards to answer technical accounting queries
