About The Position

As a Technical Accountant here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in
ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial reporting. Your expertise
in accounting standards and regulations will help shape our financial practices
and ensure compliance across the organization.

You will report directly to our Finance Manager and you’ll work out of our
Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Please note all new hires to
Honeywell must report onsite fully for teh first 90 days. 

In this role, you will impact the financial health of our company by providing
critical insights and guidance on complex accounting issues, ensuring that our
financial practices align with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work with the transformation team accountable for improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with accounting US GAAP standards and regulations, providing guidance on technical accounting matters.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address accounting issues and implement best practices.
• Partner with the business on new initiatives and process opportunities
• Lead internal accounting projects
