About The Position

This role puts you at the center of a high-value client portfolio in the paper and pulp industry, where your technical expertise directly protects and grows key accounts. You'll serve as the primary technical contact for paper mill customers, translating deep specialty chemical knowledge into measurable outcomes for both the client and the business. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with paper and pulp specialty chemical solutions, technical support, and account management — required
  • Demonstrated ability to solve customers' technical challenges using deep product knowledge
  • Proficient in on-site technical and mechanical testing
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying new business
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client presentations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and analytical tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight travel

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
