About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. This role involves developing a deep understanding of our products and services, creating compelling technical content, and collaborating with various teams to drive successful product launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in technical marketing or a similar role within manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Experience in the plastics industry is a must.
  • Proven experience in technical marketing or a similar role within manufacturing.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience using CRM technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, their technical aspects, and their applications in the market.
  • Create compelling technical content such as whitepapers, case studies, technical blogs, and product datasheets to educate and engage our target audience.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop technical sales tools and collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to plan and execute successful product launches, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support customer-facing teams by providing technical expertise in presentations, webinars, and customer meetings to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to optimize technical content for SEO, SEM, and other digital channels to increase visibility and engagement.
