You’ll serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, overseeing technical implementation, managing communication across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing and upcoming projects. This role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, handling multiple (10-20) technical cases per day with a strong emphasis on speed, accuracy, and execution over relationship management.
