The Technical Account Manager is responsible for providing strategic technical guidance and architecting custom solutions for our clients, ensuring that they're leveraging the product as effectively as possible with the goal of increasing client satisfaction and revenue via retention. You will handle project based technical post-implementation needs as defined by CSMs, scope out use cases and custom configurations, and offer creative technical solutions supported by bespoke documentation to Alloy clients.
