The Technical Account Manager, Radar AI is responsible for driving successful retention, adoption, activation, and expansion of Ylopo’s Radar AI product-line. This role is distinct from a traditional CSM position, instead of managing broad platform health across a diverse book of accounts, this position is dedicated to owning the lifecycle of our Radar AI product from onboarding through activation, optimization, and strategic growth alignment. The Technical Account Manager serves as the connective tissue between: Product team enhancements and feedback • Growth team strategy • Client implementation • Field-level feedback
