Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join the Customer Success team and serve as the principal technical advisor for our most strategic customers. As a TAM at Articul8, you will be the bridge between our customers and the entirety of our AI platform. You will proactively ensure operational excellence, value realization, and continuous improvement for our customers. This role is both customer-facing and technically deep, requiring the ability to advocate for the customer internally and evangelize Articul8’s unique platform externally.
