About The Position

The Technical Account Manager & Implementation Engineer will act as the key liaison between clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring seamless implementation of complex solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, deep understanding of APIs, integration frameworks, and server technologies, and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions. You will collaborate with developers, product teams, and leadership to provide strategic guidance, troubleshoot challenges, and optimize integration processes. The position combines technical problem-solving, client advocacy, and project management, making a direct impact on customer success and product adoption. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative, and remote-first environment with a focus on high-quality technical delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical account manager or integration engineering role, ideally in fintech, payments, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API management tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, SoapUI).
  • Proficiency in web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one server-side language (Golang, Python, Node.js, etc.).
  • Familiarity with server and database technologies such as Apache, Nginx, IIS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
  • Excellent analytical, technical problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions with client leadership on strategy, product trade-offs, incident resolution, and risk management.
  • Build strong client relationships to understand business requirements, technical challenges, and ensure maximum value from products.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and implement customized solutions.
  • Guide customers on integration best practices, proactively monitoring application health and performance.
  • Oversee product integration projects, ensuring timely delivery, successful ramp-ups, and high-quality implementation outcomes.
  • Advocate for clients internally, relaying feedback and insights to improve products, processes, and services.
