The Partnership Technical Account Manager (PTAM) role is an integral part of the team that drives revenue retention and growth with our largest and most complex multinational clients through technical engagement and leadership. The PTAMs provide technical leadership across ecom & f2f channels and across all geographic markets and in-depth technical & business knowledge of payment acceptance processes and associated services. 90% of time interacting and providing consultative services to new and existing partners with respect to implementing and configuring the Global Payments products & services for effective and efficient transaction services.
