As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Datadog, you will play a crucial role in supporting our largest customers by providing hands-on technical services and guidance on our comprehensive suite of products and features. Your expertise will help clients understand how to leverage Datadog's offerings to maximize their IT operations and translate these into tangible business value. You will be regarded as a trusted advisor, ensuring that customers are not only satisfied but also successful in their use of our products. In this position, you will advise customers on technical support and product adoption throughout the pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal processes. Regular analysis of customers' IT operations environments will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to provide tailored recommendations that enhance the value they receive from Datadog. You will act as the customer's advocate, understanding their goals and use cases, and suggesting necessary process changes, product configurations, and additional features to meet their specific requirements. You will also participate in and prepare for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers, collaborating closely with Datadog's product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify new features and products that can benefit our clients. Continuous evolution of best practices for technical product adoption and customer success will be a key focus of your role, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry standards and customer needs.
