About The Position
Location: Orange Technical College - West Campus, 2010 Ocoee Apopka Rd, FL 34761 Job Type: Part-time Days and times: 7:30 AM - 2 PM, Monday through Friday Pay: $30 per hour. Maximum of 29 hours per week. Non-benefitted position. Minimum Qualifications: A State or County plumbing journeyman license or four years of verifiable experience working in the field. Specialized training and/or subject matter expertise, related work experience, and course delivery skills. Specialized training or industry certifications, where applicable, are required. Essential Job Duties DUTIES: General responsibilities include classroom and hands-on lab instruction - group and one-on-one, following and completing course objectives/competencies, assessing students, retaining students, classroom management, completing required paperwork (e.g., maintaining class rosters, attendance, etc.), care of equipment and material, and ability to comply with all policies and procedures. Persons applying for this position must be dependable, highly responsible, independent, self-starting, and have the ability to interact with a diverse student population. Requirements
