The Decisions Alliance's goal is to enable HelloFresh to build a rapid feedback loop around understanding our customers, finding the best way to communicate with them and utilizing AI/ML capabilities. We're responsible for the company's Communications, Customer Data, Experimentation, and MLOps Platforms. Our team works on a variety of technologies ranging from high throughput, real-time communications systems to deep statistical libraries to large-scale machine learning training pipelines.

Requirements

• A passion for solving complex business problems with machine learning within a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with designing and maintaining Machine Learning systems for production use cases including model monitoring and drift detection.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Machine learning for marketing is a plus.
• Previous experience with PySpark is a plus.
• Interest in working with modern data science tooling such as cloud development, version control, CI/CD, Docker, model registries and a feature store.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists and other engineers in a cross-functional team to improve HelloFresh's value forecasting efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into machine learning products and analysis.
• Create proof-of-concept Machine Learning models and quickly iterate on them to build them into production-ready products under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collaborate with our business stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of our Machine Learning products.
• Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work with Data Engineers to ensure that data is properly prepared and available for machine learning models.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
