PDu0026M Operations provides the foundation that enables our organization (Product, Design u0026 Marketing) to run smoothly at scale. We're makers and doers, with a focus on practices, tools, and culture. We ensure that our teams have what they need to work effectively and deliver amazing experiences to our customers. We're seeking an experienced manager to lead our Tech Operations pillar within PDu0026M Ops. This team is critical in ensuring our creative teams have the proper systems and services to deliver their work. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of both technical systems and design workflows. Requirements

• Deep understanding of Design organization needs.
• Experience leading org-wide tool transitions, ideally in creative environments.
• Familiarity with compliance/security considerations in enterprise tool rollouts.
• Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Experience managing software vendor relationships and licensing contracts.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma).
