About The Position
At Nebraska Medicine, we're transforming healthcare through innovation, advanced technology, and a steadfast commitment to patient-centered care. We are seeking an experienced professional to help drive that mission forward through expert support of our Epic Operational Database infrastructure. The ideal candidate either holds an active Epic ODBA certification or brings at least 5 years of hands-on experience as an AIX System Administrator, managing enterprise-scale InterSystems Caché/IRIS database environments. Expertise with IBM Power9/Power10 architectures, advanced AIX skills including LPAR creation and reconfiguration and solid experience with AIX/Linux OS installation, configuration, and administration are essential. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of our Epic infrastructure while offering the chance to engage in forward-looking projects that drive clinical and operational excellence.
