About The Position

Provides advanced user and technical support to students, faculty and staff with computer systems, workstations, audio/video media systems, and mobile devices. This position assists users requesting moves, installation of equipment, troubleshooting of computer hardware and software, troubleshooting and setup of audio/video media systems. This person will serve as a team lead. They will also work with administrators, faculty, staff, students and the public.
