As a leading provider of parking and tolling management solutions, we support municipal and commercial clients with citation processing, debt collection, DMV registered owner identification, back-office transaction processing, image review, customer service center and customer experience (CX) operations, integrated on-street parking management, and more. The Technology Support Associate provides day-to-day technical support for IT and Application teams, with a primary focus on managing client file processing activities. This role is responsible for accurately processing client files using FACS Workstation, Auto Process via Enables, and standardized file formats, as well as ensuring timely resolution or escalation of discrepancies. The associate will collaborate closely with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth client operations and high-quality service delivery.

  • Accurately process client files using designated systems (e.g., FACS Workstation, Enables, and file format tools).
  • Monitor and execute routine business processes with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify, report, and escalate discrepancies or processing issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organization while managing multiple client accounts and file workflows simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with Account Managers and other stakeholders regarding client file processing and issue resolution.
  • Document work activities, system issues, and resolutions in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a technical support, data processing, or related role.
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to learn and apply new systems quickly (e.g., FACS Workstation, Enables, or similar file processing tools).
  • Prior experience with client file processing or working in a technology/IT support environment.
  • Familiarity with file formats, batch processing, or data workflow systems.
