The Technology Support Associate provides day-to-day technical support for IT and Application teams, with a primary focus on managing client file processing activities. This role is responsible for accurately processing client files using FACS Workstation, Auto Process via Enables, and standardized file formats, as well as ensuring timely resolution or escalation of discrepancies. The associate will collaborate closely with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth client operations and high-quality service delivery.
