About The Position

Summary: Responsible for the distribution of supplies, medication, mail, packages, equipment within clinic medical offices as directed. Additionally may be called upon transport patients as needed. Tasks are to be completed in a timely manner while meeting the needs of the customer within the requirements of Riverside Medical Clinic. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Minimum of one-year job related supply distribution and transportation experience or equivalent is required.
Valid California Driver’s License in good standing.

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, inspect items for damage, defects and verify accuracy of shipments. Report discrepancies or damage in items received.
Participate in periodic inventories as assigned
Fill requisitions as required or assigned.
Deliver requested items and verifies deliveries.
Maintain storeroom.
Will be required to travel or report to other facilities as assigned by management.
Responsible for stocking shelves in central supply locations which includes rotating stock, straightening stock, and checking expiration dates.
Maintain your assigned vehicle, if assigned, clean at all times.
Check all items on vehicle for safety, such as seat belts, lights, wipers, oil level, and tire pressure. Notify supervisor immediately if attention is needed.
Account for all fuel tickets.
If cell phone is assigned, it must be turned on and in your possession at all time. The cell phone must always be answered in a timely manner.
Asset tag equipment when received as required.
