Job Summary: Tech Specialist is responsible for getting quick and accurate information to our customers through Live Chat and Phone calls with the CSRs. This role will require a solid understanding of our website, products we offer and powersports machines. The Tech Specialist will work closely with other Techs with doing product inspections and projects to gain hands-on experience. The Tech will also work in the Tech Email box on more basic issues to both further experience and further help customers.
